2.2. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. In the event of lateness the designated finish time of the appointment will remain unchanged.

2.3. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule appointments, subject to availability and with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

2.4. Refunds: No refunds are offered. All bookings and purchases are final, with no refunds available—this policy is in place for the highest good of all. However, you’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance by emailing me at [email protected]. Please note that I’m currently booked 6–8 weeks ahead, so keep this in mind when selecting a new date.
